Description

No 12 Paul Street is a house dating from around 1800. It has a rendered exterior, a brick stack, and a slate roof with coped verges and brick end stacks. The building is three storeys high and has one bay. It features glazing bar sash windows set in rusticated surrounds. The entrance includes a semi-circular arched doorway with a rusticated architrave, a panelled door, and a fanlight above. There is also a pilaster on the right side of the doorway.
