Description

The property comprises piers, railings, and a gate located to the west of Crimchard House, dating to circa 1860. The piers are constructed of brick, with low plinths, cornices, and swept pyramidal caps topped with ball finials, all made of Ham Hill stone. Substantial cast-iron railings in a 19th-century Gothic style are set upon rubblestone plinths, with four panels to the left and five to the right of a matching gate. This represents a group value asset.
