Description

No. 45 Crimchard is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Crimchard, adjacent to No. 43. The building is constructed of stucco with a pantile roof, featuring stone coping and a rendered brick stack on the right gable end. It has a one-room plan with an outshut and stands two storeys tall with a single window range. The façade includes two large three-light casements and steps leading up to a door that dates from around 1930. The interior has not been inspected.
