Description

The Vobster Inn Bridge is a bridge dated 1764, constructed from Doulting rubble and local limestone. It features four low stone arches with rough voussoirs that support low rubble parapets. The eastern side has rough coping, while the top of the wall on the western side is capped with cement. A stone plaque displaying the date "1794" is located between the center arches. The bridge carries a lane over the Mells Stream.
