Description

No 30, known as Hooks, is an early to mid 19th-century building located on the east side of North Street. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof and eaves. The building features four sash windows with glazing bars, although the first-floor windows are partially obscured by a modern double shop front. The leftmost window section projects slightly forward. This property is included for its group value, as it forms a small group with No 29.
