Description

The railings, gates, and gate piers located on the street at the Congregational Church date from the 18th century. There are ashlar piers with gabled tops on each side of the drive leading to the west front of the church. Low walls attached to the sides of the piers are topped with wrought-iron railings. The entrance features openwork wrought-iron gatepiers and double gates. These elements have group value with the church, although they may be slightly later in date.
