Description
Garden House and the attached house to the rear are mid-19th century structures. They are built of brick and some rubble, featuring hipped slate roofs and bracketed eaves, with four rubble and ashlar chimneys. The Garden Cottage is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall with three bays, and has 16-pane sash windows with dressed stone lintels that have prominent keystones. The central door opening contains a four-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed, and is sheltered by a small flat-roofed wooden trellis porch. To the right side, there is a pent-roofed conservatory. The house at the rear is asymmetrical but maintains a similar style, with sash windows that have glazing bars, a plank door with a glazed panel, and a pent-roofed trellis porch.
