Description

This is a late 18th and early 19th century house located on Church Street in Woolavington. The house is constructed of coursed and squared rubble stone, with a later red brick attic storey. It has a pantiled mansard roof, stone copings to the end gables, and brick stacks. The house is two storeys and an attic, with three bays. It features sash windows with glazing bars; the centre window on the ground floor is blank. The attic has blank windows. An east-facing return displays a 6-panelled door and a large semi-circular stair light with glazing bars. A lower wing extends to the rear. The interior includes a contemporary staircase, ornamental plasterwork, doors, and two reused 18th century chimney-pieces.
