7/65 Remains of churchyard Cross, in churchyard, about 15 m north of tower, Church of St Mary GV II

Remains of churchyard cross. Probably C15, later alteration. Low square rubble basel rough hewn block set over; and set over all the octagonal socket of the former cross, broad convex broach to each alternating sides, centre hewn out to form a bowl. Much damaged and altered; primarily included for historical interest; remainder of cross missing.
