Description

The front boundary wall, located approximately 13 metres west of Number 23, is a boundary wall built in 1819/20. It is constructed of ashlar stonework and features rounded top stones that once supported railings. There is a gateway opposite the door to the house. The wall is marked by breaks at the ends, where tall rectangular pilasters with moulded front panels and caps are situated, matching the details of the porch of Number 23. This wall contributes to the setting of the house and enhances the important streetscape. It is included for its group value.
