Description
No. 13 Langham Place is a house built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble with flush dressed quoins and features a double Roman tile roof. The building has four stone brackets at the eaves and two end ridge stacks. The symmetrical frontage consists of two storeys and two bays, with 16-pane sash windows set in plain block surrounds. The central door opening is framed similarly, featuring a four-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, and is topped by a moulded slab hood supported by cut stone brackets. This house is listed for its group value with other buildings of a similar style in the area, particularly number 11.
