Description

Number 23 on Vicarage Street is an 18th-century building constructed from coursed rubble with a pantile roof, although the dormers have been removed. The structure is two storeys high and features three windows, which are glazing bar sashes set within architraves. The ground floor has paired windows, and there is a central door opening with an architrave that contains a panelled door.
