The roof is made of pantiles with a stone base course. The house has two storeys and two windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance has a flush panel door without a hood. A notable feature of the building is the large bow window on the right side of the ground floor, which originally had 44 panes and is adorned with a wooden entablature and a rendered base.
