Description

Broom Millhouse Farmhouse is an early 17th-century building that has been divided into separate units. It is rendered over cob and rubble, featuring a double Roman tile roof. The farmhouse has a brick stack on the right and a large external rendered stack in the third bay on the left side of the facade. It is two stories high and consists of six bays. The windows are 20th-century 2- and 3-light casements, and the entrance is located to the right of the external stack, as well as in the second bay on the right. Inside, there is a framed ceiling with steep chamfers to the right of the entrance. The building is incorrectly labeled on the Ordnance Survey map as Mill Cottage and Manor Mill.
