Farmhouse. Dated 1759. Rendered, slate roof, coped verges, brick stacks. 2-storey, 2-bays, bead-moulded stone mullioned windows of 2-lights, central doorway in plain stone architrave, late C20 plank door, glazed porch. Oval freestone tablet over door with raised lettering:- "B.I.M. 1759".
