Description
This barn, located 10 metres north-west of Copse House, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of local stone coursed rubble and features a stone slate roof with plain clay tile top courses and a sawn stone ridge, flanked by coped gables. The barn is a single storey with five bays, and the central bay projects southwards, topped with a hipped roof and tall boarded doors that are divided at mid-height. There are catslide roofs over extensions on either side. It is presumed that the barn was once attached to Copse Farm to the west.
