Description

Number 12 on Sheep Street is an 18th-century building constructed from coursed stone rubble, featuring rusticated quoins. It stands three storeys tall and has an early 20th-century shop front that includes pilasters, a fascia, a cornice, and colonnettes supporting the glazing. Each upper storey has a three-light window with plain reveals and no glazing bars. The building is adorned with modillions at the eaves and has one springer at the gable coping.
