Description
This is a late 18th-century building in St Hilda’s Terrace. It is two storeys high and constructed of brick, with a parapet and pantiles to the roof. The facade features five sash windows, originally without glazing bars, each with a rendered arch. Rusticated quoins are visible, and modern bay windows have been incorporated to the ground floor. A central doorway is accentuated by a pediment. A cornice runs along the top of the building, and a band continues along the window cills. The NMR (National Monument Record) references the building.
The building is part of a group with numbers 1 to 25, along with the gardens wall and gate piers, and shares group value with the entire terrace.
