Description
Crimple Farmhouse is a later 18th century farmhouse located on Crimple Lane. It is two storeys high and features a double front with three windows. The roof is slated, with coped gables and kneelers, and there are ridge stacks on the gables. The building is constructed from coursed, squared grit stone rubble and has recessed sash windows. The entrance includes a recessed, square-headed doorway with an arched radial fanlight, along with a modern French window. Adjoining to the north of the farmhouse is an early 19th century stable block, which has an outside staircase added to its north end.
