Description

The Garden Temple, located in Escrick Park Gardens, is a Grade II listed structure dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features a circular plan. The temple is accessed by two steps leading to an Ionic colonnade, with the rear wall enhanced by pilasters. It includes a frieze, a cornice, and a stepped blocking course, but it does not have a roof.
