Description

Long Farm House is a late 18th-century house located on the west side of The Green in Newby. The house is constructed of local light red brick in an English garden wall bond. It has a pantiled roof and brick end chimneys. Originally a two-window, two-storey building, the front now has modern lighting in place of the original window openings. The windows have stuccoed lintels and stone sills. A modern central door has been added. A one-storey extension is on the right-hand side.
