Description

No. 108 Westgate is a 18th century or earlier two-storey cottage built from coursed stone, topped with a pantile roof and featuring a brick stack. The cottage has two windows on the upper floor, each with three-light casements and stone lintels. The ground floor includes two windows with six lights, which have modern mullions and a transom, along with a modern door and lintel. The building also has a plinth.

No. 108 is part of a group that includes Nos. 72 to 86 (consecutive), 86A, 87 to 104 (consecutive), and 104A, along with Nos. 105 to 108 (consecutive) and No. 110. Notably, Nos. 72 to 81 (consecutive) and Nos. 83 to 85 (consecutive) are recognized as buildings of local interest.
