Description

The boundary wall with gate-piers to Old Hall dates from the 17th century. It is constructed of red brick, likely in a random bond pattern, topped with stone coping. The square-section gate-piers stand 2 metres high and feature an ashlar band, an entablature, and ball finials. The wall itself is 1.5 metres tall. Both the wall and the gate-piers are almost completely covered in ivy. The gate is not considered to be of special interest.
