Description
North Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid 18th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. The building has a lobby entrance plan with a rear outshut and stands two storeys high with three bays. There is a six-panel door in a wooden frame located to the left of centre. To the right of the door, there is one ground floor window and two first floor windows, although some are obscured by ivy and bushes. All windows are three-light Yorkshire sashes with glazing bars. The eaves are marked by two courses of brick, and there is a stone ridge on the roof. The farmhouse has end stacks and one stack located on the ridge above the door.
