Description

Laburnum Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed brown sandstone and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and a loft, with two windows on the first floor. To the left, there is a six-panel door. Each floor has two side-sliding sash windows, which are smaller on the first floor and have keyed lintels. The cottage also has an eaves band, shaped kneelers, and moulded ashlar coping. There are loft windows in the loft and on the right returns, although the window on the right has been blocked.
