Description

These are two 18th-century buildings, numbered 2 and 4 Ripley's Yard, Ripley. They are two storeys high and built of stone. The front elevation has three windows, each with a stone arch and a double-hung sash window. The windows have glazing bars, except for the windows of number 3. The ground floor has four-panel doors, each topped with a rectangular fanlight. Small, modern windows have been added to both floors. The sides of the buildings are constructed of brick. Numbers 1 to 4 in Ripley's Yard form a group.
