Description
Chapel Farmhouse is a house dating to 1740. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and has a graduated stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. It features quoins, a central four-pane door set in a moulded stone surround on a plinth, with a lintel bearing the inscription 'JW 1740'. The left-hand bay has a two-light casement with a stone lintel and sill. The right-hand bay has a three-light chamfered mullioned window, with its outer lights blocked. On the first floor are two four-pane side-sliding sash windows in chamfered stone surrounds. End stacks are present.
