Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Church Street, comprising numbers 47 and 48. It is three storeys high with attics and is rendered, topped with a Welsh slate roof. Two gabled dormers are visible. Number 47 has a 6-light casement window, with a modern wooden lintel above. Number 48 has two windows with flat arches and no glazing bars. The ground floor features a modern door at number 47, and a four-panel door at number 48. All windows are set beneath a cornice supported by brackets, with a central pediment. The building is included on the list for its group value, alongside numbers 44 to 51 (inclusive) and the Seaman's Hospital.
