Description

No. 3 North End is a house from the mid-19th century, constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the central bay projecting forward. It features a stone plinth and a central four-panel door with an overlight, set in a rusticated stucco surround that includes sidelights, a cornice, and a blocking course shaped like a pediment above the door. The central bay also has a stone band at the first floor. All windows are sash style with glazing bars and cambered brick arches. The roof overhangs, and the central bay has a hipped roof. There are two stacks at the ends of the building.
