Description

The Bar is an 18th-century building situated on the west side of town, built directly against the Town Wall, which incorporates part of its structure. It is two storeys high, with the right-hand section being taller than the left. The facade features two windows on each storey; these windows lack glazing bars. The lower left section has one sliding sash window on each storey, as visible on the side elevation. A plain door provides access. The building is roughcast in appearance. Alterations are pending. The Bar forms a group of buildings with numbers 1 to 8.
