Description

This is a row of three cottages built in 1857, as indicated by the datestone on the left. Constructed for the Norcliffe Estate, the cottages are two storeys high and feature six first-floor windows. Each cottage has a six-fielded-panel door with glazed upper panels and pointed casements. The first floor has casements throughout. The datestone, which reads "NN 1857," is located between the first and second cottages. The buildings have end and ridge stacks and are included for their group value.
