Description
The garden house, located approximately 50 metres southeast of Sutton Hall, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and is open-fronted, supported by four Tuscan columns on a podium. This structure holds up a classical entablature that includes a triglyph frieze and a corniced pediment, topped with a pyramidal roof. There is a plinth and an eaves band on the sides and rear of the building. Inside, there is a fixed stone table with a moulded edge, supported by four tapering columns on a rectangular stone base, and the ceiling is cored.
