Description

Ivy Cottage is a house that consists of two builds, likely from the 18th century, with a roof that was redone in the mid-19th century. The left side is made of hammer-dressed limestone, while the right side is constructed from limestone rubble, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The house has a three-cell layout, with the entrance located at the rear and an outshut on the left. It stands two storeys tall and features three windows on the first floor. There is a blocked doorway in the outshut, and casement windows are present throughout. The roofline drops between the first and second windows, and there is a ridge stack. Ivy Cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
