Nos 74 to 84 on Millgate are early 19th-century buildings constructed of brown brick with a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high and feature a brick cornice with modillions at the eaves. Each building has one bay with cased flush-framed sash windows and one door, each framed with moulded detailing.
