Description
Village Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of rubblestone with brick dressings and has a graduated stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with a lower left bay and a one-storey wing to the left. The entrance features an off-centre six-panel door with a three-pane overlight, set below a flat brick arch. All windows are four-pane sashes with stone sills and flat brick arches, except for a two-pane sash with a stone lintel located in the left wing. There are two sashes to the right of the door and one to the left. The farmhouse is adorned with shaped kneelers, stone coping, and brick stacks at the ends.
