Working watermill and attached house of 1 build. Late C18. Limestone, sandstone and granite rubble, pantile roof, brick stacks. Hearth- passage entry with outshut to rear, and mill with cross wing to rear and outshut housing waterwheel to right gable end. House to left, mill to right. 2 storeys. House has 3 first floor windows. To right 4-panel door beneath divided oblong fanlight and 2 casements to left. First floor: central 8-pane sash flanked by 3-light Yorkshire sashes. Mill has cart entry to left, and irregular fenestration. All openings have wooden lintels. Swept roof common to both sections with gable coping to right. Left end stack and central ridge stack. Late C19 decorative wrought iron lamp-post in mill yard.
