It features a Gothic-style eaves cornice with a toothed design and has three windows that are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has a 19th-century shop front that includes elaborately carved consoles supporting the cornice. The yard elevation rises to four storeys and is constructed of brick, with bands separating the storeys.
