Description
This is an early 19th century building on Church Street. It is four storeys high and constructed of brick. The front facade has two windows, each set within moulded architraves. The windows have flush frames and double-hung sashes with glazing bars, with painted brick voussoirs. A late 19th century shop front is present, featuring a glass fascia board. To the left of the building is a door with a rectangular fanlight, and modern glazing to the shop front. A tiled stall riser displays the shop's name. A door consisting of nine fielded panels is located on the right side. Another door to the property comprises six fielded panels. The property forms a group with numbers 84 to 90 (even), the Former White Horse Inn, The Black Horse Public House, numbers 93 to 100 (consecutive), numbers 105 to 112A (consecutive), and numbers 114 to 117 (consecutive).
