Description
Horseley Gate Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed from coursed rubble with a pantile roof. The building features a two-storey, two-bay main block, accompanied by a lower two-storey service bay on the right. The main entrance is a 20th-century glazed door located in the center of the main block, framed by a sawn-stone surround with stone brackets that support a flat stone hood. Above the door, there is a narrow 8-pane window. The windows throughout the farmhouse are 20th-century two-light casements with small panes and painted stone surrounds. The structure has stone ridges and gable copings, along with end stacks. On the right side of the building, there is a blocked doorway at the first-floor level.
