Description
Crathorne Mill House is a 18th century building with an early 19th century extension, constructed from local handmade brick. The older section features a stepped and dentilled eaves cornice, while the roof is dark pantiled with rendered brick copings and kneelers, along with a brick ridge stack. The later part of the house has red pantiles and end chimneys.
The house is two storeys tall, with three windows on the older part and two on the lower, single-storey extension. It has sash windows with glazing bars set in wooden architraves. There is a door located in a modern lean-to on the left side.
The rear elevation displays Yorkshire sashes above a modern ground floor extension, and a long round-arched stair window is located on the north return.
