Description
St Trinians Farm, east house, is a farmhouse likely built in the early 18th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The structure is made of rubble with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. It has two storeys, an attic, and rear outshuts, with a layout of two bays. The building has quoins and a central board door set in a chamfered quoined surround. There are 4-pane sash windows, which are framed by late 19th-century quoined surrounds with flat arches. The raised verges and brick end stacks add to its architectural character. At the time of the last survey, the house was uninhabited and in a state of disrepair.
