Description

No. 34 on Low Skellgate is an 18th-century building that was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has a pantiled roof with a coped gable. The building stands two storeys high and features three bays, each with sash windows that have glazing bars and channeled stucco voussoirs. The entrance door has four sunk panels and an oblong fanlight with glazing bars set in a moulded wooden frame. There are traces of original brick segment-headed voussoirs at the south end of the building.
