Description

Pleasant View is a late 18th-century building that originally comprised two cottages, now converted into one house. It features a rubble construction with a stone slate roof and stands two storeys high, with two first-floor windows. The building has quoins and in the centre, there are paired flush ashlar door surrounds; the door on the left is blocked, while the door on the right is a 20th-century part-glazed door. The windows are 4-pane sashes with deep lintels and projecting sills. The structure is adorned with shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, and it has ashlar end stacks.
