Description

No. 17 is a house dating from the 18th century, constructed of whitewashed brick with a pantiled roof and a red brick chimney. The building has two storeys and features two windows. The entrance is an off-centre six-panel door set within a pilastered surround. On the ground floor to the left, there are 20th-century three-light casements with a transom. To the right, there is a small early 19th-century corniced square-bay shop front. The roof is steeply pitched with sprocketted eaves and a chimney located at the left end.
