Description
Bradley Foot is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, featuring later alterations. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with quoins and has a graduated slate roof with an outshut at the rear, along with a stone chimney at the south end. The building is symmetrical, comprising two storeys and three bays. The central entrance is a panelled door flanked by mullioned three-light windows on both floors, while a mullioned two-light window above the door is from the 20th century. All windows and the door have stone surrounds.
At the north end, there is a higher bank barn added to the farmhouse. This barn is built from squared, snecked rubble with quoins and has a Welsh slate roof, also featuring a stone chimney at the south end. The barn's front includes four byre doors and one coach door, with access to the barn via steps in the centre. A datestone above the entrance is too weathered to read. All doors have elliptical heads with impost blocks and projecting keystones. The wagon entrance is located at the centre rear, between store outshuts.
