Description
This is a pigsty located to the south-west of Acorn Bank Mill, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from snecked rubble and features quoins. The roof is made of graduated slate with stone-flagged eaves. The building is a single storey with four stable doors and has a small window in each gable. The inner walls are not bonded into the outer walls. This pigsty is included in the listing for its group value as it is an integral part of the mill.
