Description

No. 3 Little Dockray is a late 19th-century building designed in the Gothic style. It is constructed from red sandstone ashlar and stands three storeys tall. The ground floor features a three-light arched window to the right of the porch, supported by plain columns. On the first floor, there is a paired window to the left and an oriel window to the right. The second floor has two paired sash windows. The building includes drip moulds, bands, and a cornice, although the roof is not visible from the street. Additionally, there are cast iron area railings.
