Description

This boundary stone, dating from the 19th century, is located against the west parapet of Blackhause Bottom Bridge. It stands approximately 3 feet high and features angled sides with a segmental top. The stone is inscribed in sans-serif lettering, with "TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH STAINMORE" on the south face and "TOWNSHIP OF MIDDLE STAINMORE" on the north face.
