Description

Farleton Bridge over Farleton Beck is an early 19th-century turnpike bridge. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a single segmental arch with voussoirs and a keystone. The bridge has copings on its parapets and pilasters at either end. The construction was supervised by John McAdam as part of the Heronsyke Turnpike.
