Description
The Wesleyan Chapel, dated 1880, features squared, snecked sandstone with quoins and a Welsh slate roof adorned with decorative barge-boards and an apex finial. The symmetrical front has a central door with a semicircular fanlight beneath a gabled wooden porch, flanked by single windows. There are two windows on each side, all with semicircular heads, stone surrounds, and hoodmoulds. The forecourt walls have chamfered copings, while the end and gate piers display stop chamfers and gabled capitals. The late 19th-century railings are made of cast iron, featuring pierced panels and fleurs-de-lis finials, with a central gate that matches the railings.
